Dining plus super saver service fraud case deduction by of amount 5499/-

Dear sir, I got the call on 28th june 2012 and told me about the offer and gift vouchers which I would be getting free.I asked again this is free of cost then they told it is totally free of cost for you because you have good credit history. I was very clear that what all has been told over the phone I told me email or something I need in written.However, on 28th june 2012 I got the message stating welcome to super saver dinning plus offer. Your credit card has been debited for rs.5499. It was my mistake to give information to those people. Till date I.E. 012, I have not received any thing from those people. My ICICI bank credit card no. Is 5XXXXXXXXXXX9003. My transaction no. Is 9649 dtd 28/06/2012 transaction details :super saver holiday pl now how should I get my money back from those people.
