MTS balance dedution without concern of customer

Myself ashok kumar pal from kanpur city and my mobile no is 747. Actually I am not satisfied with by your services which you are providing to your valuable customer.As I have already told to your's csrs that my account balance is deducting day by day without any information.But they DID not listen any complaint either they solve my complaint and nor provide positive response to me.Is it good behavior towards your customer??? after calling compliant helpline the csr told me that vas services are active on my no and I requested to stop that services but it has been passed near about 40 days the services are still active on my no.I am get tired of your services and want to get rid off. Request you to kindly check the details the service which are activated on this mobile no- 6747 and stop that all service which are activated without concern,otherwise I will take an appropriate action against you all and remind you all in future if any type of deduction happens then you all will be responsible for that. This is the matter witch I have send to the mention mail ID-nodal.Upe@mtsindia.In, chiefcsd@mtsindia.In,appellate.Upe@mtsindia.In so sir,this is my last option- looking forward your valuable support!!!!! thanks & regards- ashok kumar pal lig-299 ratanpur colony panki, kanpur-208020 6747
