Bsnl penta 701R tablet is totally faulty
I had booked a bsnl penta is701r bearing booking number pent00136327. I received the tablet on 7-7-2012 but when I tried to switch it on, it was unable to start and when it started, it was unable to load its operating system and its touch was not responding. Also its battery is very very poor. When I tried to call the pental customer care, there is no response from them. Please tell them to refund my entire amount as I feel very uncomfortable with this tablet, totally wastage of time and money. Please make a justice to me.

Hello I have purchased penta tablet 709c on date 30/11/12 from homeshop18.It took a week to deliver after unboxing I got to know that there are severel issues in my tablet.(1)fully charged battery drains in half an hour.(2)touch is not responsive at right bottom.(3)memory card slot does not hold card in it it comes out itself.I went to service centre at ahmedabad (gujarat)k D mobile zone on 13/12/12.They service centre person asked me to put my tablet there and to inquire on 18/12/12.I gave them one more day to solve issues.When I went there the person at service centre said that my tablet is still there and it will take 15 more days.I talked to penta customercare they asked me to send my tablet to noida factory and the person at service centre is not answering properly and always talk rude.Please do something to solve my problem.My job sheet no is

first of all penta service is very-2 bad. Next if the service centre boy had forwarded it then you have to wait otherwise ask him to return your tab. It's very good that you had directly talk with their customer care. And send it to the mentioned factory.
My tablet was also creating software problem again and again but now after installing new software it is running ok acc to its configuration. Try it..........!
Thank you rohit for replying....yesterday I talked to person who manage cervice center in my city told me that he got mail from company and on monday I will get doa certificate and then I will have to send my tab to homeshop18 from where I purchased and then they will send my a new 1 (seal packed).Anyway which software did you install?....thanx again for reply.
