Deactivate netwap service in Tata docomo

Netwap service has been activated of its own on my mobile no.They are deducting daily 1rs. Daily for this.I have been trying a lot since 10 days to deactivate this service but no result till date.

I had called to 15523 to deactivate this service but the computer is saying there is no activated service in my mobile.

Again I dialed *191# to deactivate this netwap but it is displaying there is no active service on my phone.

I called to customer care(121) for help but still no response no result.Please deactivate this useless service & refund my lost money.Many customers are suffering with same problem but till now no help from the tata docomo.

Bloody worthless representatives at docomo customer care. They say they can't deactivate it. This netwap has cost me around 50-75 rupees even though I did not activate it. Docomo is neatly ripping us. How do we deal with this ?
