Sir, I got mey bsnl penta on the date 25 june. Then I hav to contact to bsnl penta customer care which are not responding and always one ans that pls hold our customer care is busy and regularly they are deducting the amout from ur phone call. One week regularly day or night I hav tried but failed bcoz I don't know that they r making the fool to customer. I can't able to connect internet through pre bundled sim card for which I have submitted the total amout rs 750( included 250 rs for sim card to get the benifit of internet use). Now ultimetly I have connect my penta through wifi but after2 days my penta touch is not working and I M surprised to see that my penta touch is not working and I M not able to open the system. I M very upset and I tried to contact the customer care but no response from their side. They r also not responding the ans through emails also. Only system genered message appeared in u r mail that u r warned as they r threatening us for emails. No body responding to satisfy the customer. If they have not to respond pls told him to return my money rs 750/ In my account or respond quickly.
