Daer sir, my name is ritesh agarwal. In jan 2011 starting I got a promotional call from bag it today (neha ji) for a holiday voucher worth rs 5998 for 4 days. As she called me many times so I agreed to buy. Then she introduced me to her another colleague neeraj who called me on 7 jan 2011 and I booked a product of 5998 rs. Then he told me that there is some another scheme in which some selected loyal customers who will book the same product again continuously will get a LCD 32 inch definitely free. I asked him to give some time . Then I saw the referrals scheme and called him again and asked him how can he give me LCD for sure as I am not giving any reference. Then he replied that I do not need to give any reference and he wiil arrange himself for that, I just need to buy again the same product only. After asking for the assurance again and again , he replied the same. Then I booked the same product again. He assured that the product will reach in 10 days and after 30 days the LCD will be delivered. He said that when you will get a confirmation call from company , tell them that you have given 20 to 25 reference in this scheems. I DID the same. After severel reminders I received the product after 30 days, and till now there is no any info about the LCD. we bought 4 packages with assured complimentary free gifts(blackberry phone and sunglasses) look what they have done
stage 1
no reply for non receipt of free gifts they are yet to receive

gave only 2rooms 2 days stay to us for package 1016919103 against assured 4 days 2 rooms stay at manali
stage 3
exhausted the second package 1016969056 on their own while giving confirmation voucher for stay ?.Highly unethical.The pretext was that I have given them liberty
to do whatever they want for a choice of better hotel that too on thier list and hotel was not not so expensive less than rs 2000/- Per day

on reaching manali my family found only 1 room booked for entire family for only 2 days they issued bogus confirmation vouchers luckily we just managed in peak season by paying from our pocket

and now look at the response of their customer care
instead of replying to complaint in right manner their customer care is just replying that we can avail remaining packages only after sending another DD
not communicating any remedial action for their wrong doing...
they have mastered the art of cheating

Last week again I got a reply from response@baggitoday.Com. ' we are looking into matter' !seems buying time .
I will wait for another 4-5 days otherwise will do a legal proceedings through local court for criminal offence of cyber crime causing loss of money and mental harassment beside refund I will seek compensation
We have also lodged a police complaint of cyber crime(cheating and fraud through internet ) in special cell .

the bag it today does cheating and fraud in very organized way.
I am a one of their victim and thousands of pending complaints can be seen in this blog.
You can go through the various complaints the following will be summary.
• They offer lucrative free gifts to sell their useless holiday packages.
• The will play with people sentiments by offering lucrative free gifts .
• One you are trap they will try to extract as much money as possible even by misusing your cards/Accounts.
• The use verification calls very smartly to cover them up.
• The free gifts will not be discussed in verification call.
• Once you accepted their verification call your problem starts.
• They will not deliver free gifts.
• They will try to linger on your holiday and will offer you substandard hotels.
• They keep on changing address to provide a time gap so that your validity expire.
• Their customer service is pathetic 120-6182100 gets disconnect on its own in between the conversation.
• Customer service 120-4112484 will give standard answer that we will resolve your complaint soon. Soon never comes.
• If you communicate with bmh@affordablesalespromtions.Com contact@bagittoday.Com bmh@1touchsolutions.Com you will realize every time there is different person to deal with you this is done deliberately to provide disconnectivity and fresh start of complaint.
• They are capable of issuing bogus confirmation holiday vouchers without ensuring adequate availability (done with me ). Will spoil your holiday.
At end you will get tired and forget your money.
What to do
never give up you have very strong fundamental customer right which is all above their wrong policies.
If you have very solid proof go to police station lodge a complaint preferably cyber crime.
Register at core.Nic.In(center govt consumer affair) and your local consumer court.
Form a group and slap a writ a petition/ Court case.
Expose them as you can tell to 10 people about their misdeeds write on facebook internet their competitors media etc
don’t spare them mark my word halla bol one day they have to pay for their wrong doing
