Tata docomo recharge unsuccessful but amount deducted

I made a recharge on june 25 2012 using tata docomo online recharge to phonenumber 8148545242.But recharge was not successful.I again tried but it was failed again. Amount was deducted from my account[indian overseas bank s/B ac 1XXXXXXXXXX0810.My atm card details XXXX XXXX XXXX 244. Valid from 4/12 to 04/22.CVV no;068.Total amount deducted was rs.422.Kindly verify my compliant and do the needful. Thanking you.

I have made a recharge of rs 195 on my docomo punjab number - 9041780250 on 10 july 2012 through my citi bank credit card no. 438x XXXX XXXX x896. The recharge was not successful but the same amount was debited from my credit card.

Request you to please refund rs 195.
