Hello sir/Medam my name is ch.Devaiah, I lost my acknowledgement xerox of aadhaar card details. So please tell me how to get my acknowledgement or enrollment details of my aadhar card. In my family total members are five, those name are ch.Devaiah, ch.Lingamma, ch.Mahesh,ch.Renuka, ch.Satish. I am or my family submitted and given our biometric captured details are given by date of 30/09/2011 and time is around 1 to 2 p.M. My addrres is jagagthgirigutta, I.D.P.L, qutuhbullapur mandal, ranga reddy dist,andhrapradesh, hyderabad-500037. So please tell me how to get details os aadhar acknowledgement detals. my name is veeraraghavan lakshman iyer dob: 29/04/1967 I lost my acknowledgement of aadhaar card details. We have not received the aadhaar card tile now. I have to submit my aadhaar to the ration off. So please tell me how to get my acknowledgement or enrollment details of my aadhar. We are two members those name a V alamelu & my name. The date of enrollment was 17/07/2011 and time is around 17:40 to 18:15. My addrres 5/277 amritha appartt ment pazhaya kalpathy palakkad kerala 678003. Can u please mail me the acknowledgement recipt
