Paytm unsuccessful recharge amount not refuned to my bank account

Yesterday(5.7.2012) I tried to pay my reliance netconnect bill thro paytm...paid amount thro netbanking....but the recharge was unsuccessful...I gave the option to refund the amount...but amount not yet refunded...I tried the same option again...totally I lost 1684rupees...help me to claim this amount...
