Smr inra venture cannot provide the land

I had paid and advance amount of rs. 0000 (one lakh fifty thousand) for purchase land to smr infra. The company could not provide the land, I requested to return the amount, but since last one year the company is not returning. The only thing the company gives is false promises.I give a case against the company.
