Bonanza commodities pvt ltd unauthorised trading

I had open trading account in bonanza commodities with the investment of rs 00/- Trading was in commodities like gold & silver first day they said we have done trade there is profit 00/- Second day the person made loss 5000 due to his mistake but he has not inform me when received a message on my mobile I ask in the office nobody inform about the loss so I ask in the head office there is loss I made complain but the people from new bombay office have not accepted the loss. When I visit their offiece they promise to recover through trading. I have already inform not to invest big risky trades. But they done incurred further loss of 00/- They promise pay to this also but last 4 months I am following for money they are not picking my calls.
