Aadhar card non delivery misplaced by post office

Dear sir, my family has enrolled for aadhar card togather on 011, but whave received the card of mine and my wife, unfortunately the card of my son chi ashwin.R. Kashyap enrollment no 3828 dated 07/12/2011@17:32:45 is not delivered till date. We understand from your office that it has sent to our area post office I.E to bomanna halli post office with tracking no072164030in. We have approach the post office withthe tracking no. The postmaster has confirmed as per their records it was delivered to us on .12. Uninformatively we have not received till date and the post office is failed to give the evidence of delivery.
