First I dont know weather its a problem with tata docomo, aircel or virgin or all of them. I give you a detail of the incident. In our area (VILL: fatehgarh panjtoor, dist:moga, punjab), the network of aircel and virgin is come through tata docomo tower(in roaming). I have sim of both aircel n virgin , and internet is activated on both of them. On date 24-june-2012 I activate internet pack of rs 98 on aircel but on 26-june my internet does not work. I call aircel customer care ,they say its a temporary problem and will fixed in 6 hrs. But it does not. Then I put my my virgin sim to surf internet and I strange that the same problem is here, the internet is not working. Then I call again aircel customer and report a complaint, first the say 24hrs you problem will resolved,when it is not I call them again they say our time to sove problem is 72 hrs. After two days I again call and thay say we forwarding another complaint(the two complaint nos are:8740206541 on 26-june, 2395 on 29-june). On the virgin side they even dont file a complaint, thay always tell exuses such as remove sim put it back or your balance is low etc etc. After these 4-5 days even the network is gone . I checked the all these sim aircel, virgin and tatadocmo(my friend's number), there is no network. Then I call the aircel customer care from another area 10km from us, and tell them the whole situation , they say in your area network is down, so your problem cannot be solved at this time and thats is. Now its 6-july-2012 there's no network of tata docomo, aircel and virgin in our area.
