Sameer Ansari s k builders fraud and cheque bouncing

Independent ethics committee (registered with charity commissioner mumbai, (reg. No: 999) decided to purchase a flat in plot no: 175, “patel manzil”, shahbaz gaon, cbd belapur, navi mumbai. Accordingly rs.10,00000/- Were paid to mr. Sameet ansari, the developer of the property. It is now learned that the above said building is unauthorized as the builder has not obtained a construction certificate given by nmmc, he has not produced a certificate from town planning department of nmmc showing the sanction, and there is no document to show that mr. Sameer ansari the owner of the property. When this was pointed out to the builder, he cancelled the deal after great persuasion. He promised to pay back 10 lakhs. Again after great persuasion, he paid the amount by check which was deposited. Unfortunately, it bounced back. It is learned that the check given by him does not belong to his account, but the check belongs to the account of his second wife. This amounts to fraud. The independent ethics committee plans to take legal action in this matter. Online complaint of this matter was registered with nmmc on may 8th 012. (Ack. No. -10) it is requested that builder, mr. Sameer ansari, maybe called in the office and ordered to pay iec immediately. This will avoid the course of legal action. The legal action may not only prosecute sameer ansari but will also involve nmmc for obvious reasons. We urge you to take action against mr. Sameer ansari to avoid further complications in this matter. Please consider this an urgent matter.
