Reliance trends did not provide adequate info on offers

Hi, we went to reliance trends and bought goods worth rs 4k....so that we could get 50% off on our next purchase(which is we were given coupons for 2k, and told if we shopped for 4k again we only would have to pay 2k). Not once they said that the scheme had so many exceptions. To our shock those were the garments we really wanted to buy, so we complained but fell into the ears of the immature floor manager arijit roy. He said he couldn't help us, he wasn't ready to call his supervisor, he wasn't ready to accept that no one told us about the exceptions. A total weirdo. How irresponsible that you do not explain the clauses and terms of an offer before the customer buys. Can somebody call us so that we could use the coupons before 8th july 012. +91 5673 pallavi biswas
