On 23rd june I purchased an advanced rental plan from tata. I paid rs 4800 for the same. Under the plan I was assured that this is 6 months advance rental plan and no bill be sent to my address. But instead they activated a wrong plan. Now they are only postponing the deadline date of the complaint. They asked me to send a scanned copy of the receipt which I have already sent to them.After all these formalities they are unable to rectify it. Throughout this case I was informed to be patient and we will call you back. But they have not done anything till now. Also they have admitted that their login has done a mistake activating my plan. Date of purchase: 23-5-12 date of complaint : 24-5-12 status till now is pending. No information have been provided to me regarding it. Shitij rawat tata photon plus no 2236 contact no : 1379
