Ubislate+ not received from Datawind

My booking ID is pm446e6843b4 cheque*/Demand draft number 4642 dtd 2012 of rs2,999 of state bank of travancore. Still I've not received aakash tablet. E mails are also bouncing back from datawind mail box, phone nos are not working. We've made payment blindly because of government involvement for this project. Now government should take action either to supply ubisalate+ or refund of our money with interest. Thanks. Sandesh bhivande mumbai
