Samsung Galaxy Y Duos S6102 awaited from Timtara

I have placed an order for online purchase of Samsung Galaxy Y Duos S6102 on 09/06/2012 from timtara.Com(online shopping website, when I place this order they mentioned that my product will deliver in 0-15 days but they not dispatch the item in this time duration, after that I made several attempts to know about my ordes status by calling them on 1500 but their customer care representatives are telling lie only that wait for 2 days sometimes they tell wait for 24 hours but unable to tell me about the delivery of my product.Now it is almost 1 month but my product is still not dispatched.
