Ubislate7+ non delivery after advance payment

I have booked a ubislate7+ tablet ( booking ID is pmefd3583be1 ). My check no. Is 3763 of rs. 99/- This amount has been debited from my bank(canara bank) a/C no.- XXXXXXXXX9727 on dated - /12. But I have not yet received any information or tablet. Kindly take necessary action towards it.
