Hdfc bank is not re hiring me back because I dont have t1,or t2 ratings

Hdfc bank is not taking me back to work,,because I dont have t1,t2 ratings ,but for that I have to complete one year in the organiasation,,I left hdfc within 8 months of joining due to my pregnancy..I had submiited all my medical grounds certificates for applying to maternity leaves,but hdfc bank hr said u r a new joiny u will not get leave??than I requested for branch near my house they said you will not get as der is no vacancy,,,so I was helpless ,n I ultimetly left the organisation and belive me all till date I M crying to get the job back..I really went through a mental disturbance to my mind,that without harming the bank people or bank ,,,why hdfc bank is not hiring der genuine employee....why policies of the company is so bad,,,,aaj MI hu kl koi aur hosakta....kya medicl grounds k besis per bhi company ko t1 or t2 jaisi ratings chahiye...?mera fault yehi hai ki tha k pregnancy k vajah se mujhe job choddna pada woo bhi maburi sai??please help...jagoo saari desh ki ladies logo...
