Activation of netwap service by docomo company itself

I started getting sms from netwap with daily deduction of 1inr. Dnt knw since whwhen they hav activated. Repeatedly called customer care stating the problem and asking them to deactivate the service, on call they say sir we hav deactivated the service, as per rule they must send me deactivation message but I never got such message from company's side. This is a serious issue and must be noticed. Company is doing modes operandi as I thought this is happening with me only but after reading n number of same complaint there must be some some suspicious business. This was never expected from tata group. I have lost my faith on this company.
