Penta call centre no. Not picking and also no mail replay

Sir, I have receipt a tablet pc from this company not the system is not working properly. I have made thousand of phone call to their no. But the no. Is no reply or the answer is our customer care executive is busy.............. how should I make contact with these fraud people.
