Docomo deduction of balance without permission
4-7-2012 they abruptly deducted his balance by rs. 86/- Showing used gprs data. My already gprs pack activate & balance 2 mb. I registered a complaint on ’tata docomo’ website for the same on 05-07-2012 (complaint no. 757) asking for the balance of rs. 86/- Has been deducted (till date)moreover the stressed caused was a different issue, due to being unable to make an important call as a lack of sufficient balance.
