Yet not receive pantel tablet after payment before 38days
Sir, my customer ID is pent00135333.I got an email to make payment at pnb nearest branch against my prebooking of is701r tablet.I made cash payment of rs.3750.(3249 for product+250 for bsnl sim with data plan+225 shipment charge+25 pnb charge) at punjab national bank, satellite branch,ahmedabad on 28th may.I got the payment confirmation email on 7th june..but till today after 38days I not receive the product...when I called thay told me to wait..every time..pls help me. just to share with you pantel has a customer service channel online as well... I tried using it and they respond pretty fast on twitter.
You should also submit your complaint on the twitter handle and I am sure it will get addressed by pantel.
