Dear sir, tata photon people called me in MID of jun'12 and said my tata photon plan is obsolete one and there is a new plan which will give extra speed with low bill. My earlier plan was rs. 500 pm and this new plan was rs. 350. I repeatedly asked the customer service rep that I will not be paying anything more than what in my current bill. He said no I will not pay anything more, rather I will get better speed in lower price. In that condition I agreed for changing my plan. When the bill came for the month of jun'12, they charged me rs. 350 as extra speed pack. I immediately raised a complaint with the customer care team and they said the maximum time by which the issue will be resolved in by 4th jul'12, but I DID not get any call from them. Now, I have no clue what is happening to that complaint, and every time I call them there is a new person online to whom I need to explain everything from the beginning. They have given me another date by which they will call me back is 7th jul'12. This is a cheating case, when their representative is wrongly selling their products/Services, they should have taken immediate action against the representative and some corrective actions that this type of unethical sales are not done from their side. But I am not able to see the seriousness from tata teleservices. Regards, riju

I have very bad experience with tata photon plus. I have taken tata photon connection on 6th sept. 2012 but still now (5th oct. 2012 ) they could not solve my connection problem I could not connect it properly 678 error appearing lodge complaint rep. Came & gone but problem remain I.E. Connection problem with 678 error .
Still now customer service rep answering me every time I call them there is a new person online to whom I need to explain everything from the beginning. They have given me another date by which they will call me back but problem remain same. I had faced the same problem for many months I bought it in apr 2012 and face the same problems. Now I got rid of their service.Actually I am facing 1 more problem.Last month(sept 2012 when I got rid of the service) of my service of tata photon device I have added 1 speed booster pack which should cost me rs.200 . Other than this I added a service from tata photon which allows engineer to visit my place for connection related problems which should cost me rs.240. But when the bill came it had rs. 54 more than expected (added as service tax) which they should have told me before activating these services. According to me it was like other recharge plan which include all the taxes in their cost.
I want to know if I should complaint for this or pay them.
Kindly don't suggest to any to use tata photon plus it is the worst broad band service provider I hate it from core of my heart
I completely agree with asad. Not only the product is hopeless the customer service is worst. You will get so frustrated to speak those customer service representatives that you will end us increasing your blood pressure.... please be away from the customer service.... they have charged me junior engineer visit charge rs. 150 but this visit never happened in last one year… so frustrating thing…
