Docomo autoactivation of value added service and further deduction of balance

I M tata docomo user nd my no. Is 811. On 28-06-2012 I received a message from company that I have subscribed for mirchi mobile service at rs.100 for 30 days autorenewal on 28-07-2012,to stop I have to dial a tool free no.155223. Firstly, I didn't subscribe for any value added service it was auto activated still I dialed toll free no. For cancellation of this service. Next day I received the same message again and further 100 rs. Deducted from my balance. When I contacted customer care and told them the whole incident and asked for cancellation of service and refund of rs. 200 they said I have subscribed for this service and no balance will be refunded. Then I filed a complaint to tata customer complaint division.My complaint no. Is 4793 on 29/06/2012 but my complaint is closed without any response from company and my balance has not been refunded. So, I want to file a complaint against tata docomo for activation of services without permission and deduction of balance automatically and constantly sending messages inspite of activation of dnd service. Please look into the matter as soon as possible and help me in getting refund of my money.
