Dining plus card complaint

D/Sir, this is to inform you that there was a phone call from no-011409303978 saying he was calling from sbi dining plus and informed me of many schemes.I repeatedly went on asking if I had to bear any extra charges for the scheme.Everytime his answer was no, I won't have to pay any extra charges.After completing the full process,he gives me the information that rs,5499/-Shall be credited from my sbi card account.Immediately I called the sbi toll free no.And talked to the executive informing him in details about the matter at which he responded that they have no authority to ths plz help me to get refund against this amt....
