Cheated by country club on 1st july 2012
I here by detailed the information.We were called on 01/07/2012 by country vacation club executive for receiving the house hold gift item against some coupon placed in big bazaar mall,we attended the same, they told about country vacation holiday ownership. During this one and half hour period we were told about benefits,features of the ownership and club facilities. We finally agreed to the features and benefits whatever they explained verbally,amount was fixed for same with all features mentioned for club as well as holiday ownership.They asked us to sign an unfilled document (one can see the tick marks over there ) for same and details they said they will fill by themselves, in parallel we were engaged with credit card formalities. They handed over the original agreement( with no cards,no coupons/Vouchers and other necessary commitment ,which they later postponed to next 20 days or so ) of same to us afterwards,before leaving we checked the document and found that duration which they were mentioning of 30 years in place of that zing was written ,they had put lowest membership type (blue) which was not mentioned in entire conversation ,cards anyway they told will take more 20 days to reach at the given address.Hidden charges are also there for every service which they didn't mention. And the major thing is that when I highlighted the same immediately from 01/07/2012 night to till date still no proper response, in-spite of trying so many times to get in touch personally,via mails and over phone. More over when we reached their office they behaved badly and didn't allow us to enter in the office where they were present. This incident can shake anybody's head and take away peace of mind. Kindly help us in coming out of huge loss of hard earned money. Still I have hope that we can take over these kind of fraud people and teach them a good lesson.Stop their growth of cheating. There are numerous complaints and all at different locations. I suggest we use facebook to unite all victims. There is always strength in numbers.

I ahve also taken the same membership on 1st july'12. I have also requested for the refund as the same things happen with me too. I will suggest first contact your credit card bank to put this transaction into dispute within 45 days of the transaction. I havn't done the same till now as they said that they are following my cancellation with the seniors & will get back to me by next week. This I have on e mail as I cant trust their verbal commitment. Secondly I would suggest that we should unite together & lodge a police complaint against them & take police along with us to their office to get our money. I would infact try to bring press peopla along with us with my contacts. But for that we need atleast 5-6 victims. In addition to this I feel we should file a case in consumer court to pay them for what they did.
Kindly contact me if you wish to get your money. But first you should contact your card bank & put the transaction in dispute if they didn't give you any good response on mail.

Some one named banu called and come to below address to collect gifts which based on draw in big bazar mysore road. But luckily I read this post and dropped the plan.
