Datawind / Ubislate - please respond

Dear datawind, I have pre-booked ubislate 7+ on 012. My booking ID : pm16f11f91cf. I have made advance payment via ICICI-porur branch cheque numbered : 801, dated 012. The transaction has been carried out on 012. Whenever I mail to "supportin@datawind.Com" or call on to 180, I just get the reply, that it will be shipped within 15 days. I'M tired of these replies since the last 6 months; now I demand a complete refund of 99/- With interest within next week, paid via cheque; failing to which I will take up this case to the cbi & vigilance; as the citizen of india, I can exercise this, & you too know this.
