Datawind not delivering ubislate

Hello sirs, my booking ID is pmede50d30a8 for ubislate7+. An amount of rs 2999 was drafted from sbi [udupi] karnataka on 2012 sbi draft no-827043 0000 2000 000 235 16 to the datawind's mentioned address through speedpost no.Ek807115702in. Waiting for your reply and early reciept of my product.After complaining in grahak seva there is no strong response from datawind nor my product has come except referring to old notices and faqs on their site.Kindly help me.
