Want to know status of claim of policy no 360900341100000003 of new india assurance

My son's leg was fractured in accident in feb. 2012 he was admitted two days in hospital after completion his treatment I handed over all original bills and hospital reports required for claim as per desired by co. To the new india assurance co. Ltd in march 2012 but up to till date I have not received any claim even satisfied reply will u please help me to know status of my claim. Thx p. Kapoor
