I bought a godrej window a/C gw3 19g3 from "top-in-town" store in varanasi. Since then it is drawing heavy power (6-7 kw per hour while rated is 1-2) while the compressor is not working properly. It sometimes starts but at other times it doesn't. Complained daily from last one month but no visit. Called head office in bombay and got complaint number but no response. Godrej has extremely poor service. Area manager called and assured but still DID not take any action.
