Pantel technologies delivery of dummy product
Respected sir, I purchased a tablet pc of pantel technologies. I spent 00/- For that 00/- Tablet by calling to customer care and finally the delivered me this dummy tablet. This tablet is not starting..... and now their customer care number are also not working.... please do the need full........

"Pantel has a very nice customer service channel online as well... I tried using it and they respond pretty fast on twitter.
You should also submit your complaint on the twitter handle and I am sure it will get addressed by pantel.

Brand new bsnl penta is 701c bought from ebay india is not booting inspite of several times rest.Called several times to customer service the line is always busy I will ask for refund
