Termination request not being actioned by reliance communications

I have requested reliance communications to terminate my broadband connection 3 weeks back however I have not been getting appropriate support to disconnect the connection, I have acknowledged that I need to terminate the connection twice to the reliance comm tele callers. This is leading to big time mental frustration and disturbance, I also got a reminder call once to make payments post the termination request. On 4th july my wife spoke to nagendra (supervisor) and he mentioned that we would be charged till 18th may and we would again get a call for termination confirmation, surprising why reliance comm is unable to process a simple termination request.

I bought the broad band connection from the reliance executive whose name is amit - his number is 9370712346.

He gave me the scheme of 750/Pm. I pay hime three months advance rental. But after three days of service the reliance close down my connection and when I call to executive he said you hometown is not comes under the reliance postpaid connection. After 9th june my reliance broadband service was stopped by them.

I want my money back. Because I never use the services of reliance. Please give back my money.
