Philips 5.1 channel speakers dsp75u not delivered by Timtara
Dear sir, on 14th april 2012 I placed an order on www.Timtara.Com for the philips 5.1 channel speakers dsp75u product. The order no. Is 908, dtd 14th april, 2012 for which rs 13/- Were deducted from my bank account. As per agreed terms the item should have been delivered to me in 0-15 days. Unfortunately, till today they have neither delivered this product, nor they have refunded my money. I contacted them through phone 500) and they are repeatedly saying that they need a couple of days for the delivery. I have been waiting since then, yet no results. I believe they are just making a fool of people. They appears a big fraud company. Please help me out and take strong actions against timtara. Their head office is: infosecure consulting pvt. Ltd. Call your credit card company and ask them to charge back to timtara since services not given to you... you will get your money credited to your credit card account
