Bagittoday travel pack cheating

Dear sir , I have received a call from bagit today on 11/06/2012 that sales person insisted me to purchase travel pack of 4n/5d for 98.0 also told that its happy hour today and 2 person who will buy 2 nos. Of travel pack with in happy hour will get 1 dell laptop or a blackberry phone any from these two of your choice . So I have purchased the same with following details 0500 6-11 17:06:37.0 payment confirmed credit card 98.0 0587 6-11 17:21:04.0 payment confirmed credit card 98.0 this second pack is sold by a senior of sales depatment then this call is transfered to verification deparment they took all my personal details and brief about the travel pack and then says these 2 travel pack and laptop togeter will be dispatched with in a week time , in between this I have received call fro affordable sales promotions for verification. On 30th june saturday I have received only 2 nos. Of travel pack but there is no laptop so again I have called to customercare they replied me about the laptop that it will be dispatched after confirmation of delivery and he says he is conforming the receipt of 2 travel pack and information about laptop will be updated within 3 hours . Today I have called to customercare and that person spoke to me that there is no such option to have free gift may be that sales person made false commitment. Is it possible that 3 person made a false commitment and steal mine hard erned money and company have no information about this . Then I asked this person that if there is no laptop along with these travelpack then I would like to cancel this order , he says there is no option to cancel a order . So my request to you that please either I will have a dell laptop or all my money will be returned to me. Thanking you

Similar story exactly this happened with me only change is in my case neither denial of free gifts(blackberry phone and sun glasses) nor they are sending.

Bagittoday(beggars and cheaters of today) have some shame stop cheating

mr. Sahani file a criminal case of cyber crime only then they will listen

My sympathy with you myself is also a victim they have mastered the art of cheating

they can give only pain agony and harassment

they are cheaters of millennium they don’t deliver promised free gifts they will offer booking and spoil your holiday by issuing bogus confirmation vouchers

they have done this with me for ids 1016919103 & 1016969059

a nationwide stir should be done for a ban against them

they didn’t communicate the remedial action against complaint and wrong doing

they give only time pass cut and paste reply

be ready to file a criminal case of cyber crime in your city consumer court it will not cost anything

this is the only way of getting refund/Justice/Compensation
