Dining plus people has cheated me and trickfully made the false transaction of rs.5499

Dining plus has trickfully made the false transaction and rs.5499 got deducted from my credit card. From last 20 days I'M trying to solve this problem to get my money back but no one has helped me.Hdfc people say that they can not do any thing.Dining plus people also say the same thing that they can not cancel or reject this transaction. Finaly I got the credit card bill for rs.5499 which if I will not pay will increase every month. I got stuck in this mess. Can any one help me to come out of this or should I pay the money rs.5499 and bear this loss? grahak seva people should do some thing to stop this cheaters.....they have fooled so may people becoming hdfc executive and got rs.5499 deducted from so many accounts. Please some one take some initiative to stop this. I request cyber crime people to take some action and stop dining plus in fooling people and making this false transaction.
