Country club/Country vacations wolf in a sheepskin

My membership number is dt320276. It all started with a call where I was told that I am a lucky winner of some prizes won over a lucky draw. When I went there to collect my prize, I was given the offer of taking country club membership. Mr suresh was dealing with me at that time. I agreed to take 5 year membership and at that time I was told too many things like it is transferable and all. That I can even sell it if I dont like it. And that country club will help me in selling my membership. Now read carefully what happened next! during all these conversations, I was asked that how would I like to pay..! I opted for credit card option. And I asked them if it could be converted to emi. He asked me as what credit card I was carrying. Then I told him that I had hdfc credit card. He said no problems. We have tie-ups with hdfc and they will convert it into emi. And then he went away to swipe my CC. He came back and said that there is not enough balance money! I was shocked..! the package price was ,000 and I was supposed to pay only the first installment by CC. I had a balance of ,000 in my credit card the time he swiped it. After that he told me that I will have to call hdfc to convert it to emi. First he told that country club has connections with hdfc to convert it to emi and now he tells me that I will have to call hdfc!! surprised and shocked at this u turn by them, I called hdfc. There was already an emi running on my CC for my health policy. So they said that they will be unable to convert it to emi for coming months and that they had no tie-ups with country vacations for emi conversion! I informed it to mr suresh right there but he DID not respond properly and told me that he will try to sell this vacation to some other person/Agency. Since then, I have made a number of phone calls to him and sent e-mails too..! unfortunately I have lost the email correspondences as I had some trouble with my email-ID. Last october or november, luckily I got hold of him and requested him to help me to either refund my money or help me sell it..! I had a tragedy at my place. One of my near relatives was very sick for few months and had died recently. He said that for sure he will try to help me out. But I have received no words from him regarding the same. Please note that ever since my CC was swiped for the entire ,000 amount, I have been paying interest on that amount as I have not been able to clear that expenditure due to lack of support by country vacations. In the middle of all these things, I even visited their office in chennai and spoke to a lady there whose name I can not recall. I had even been trying to reach mr amjad baig but I had no luck in getting my problem solved. Now I am writing in here with a sincere hope of solution to my problem. Considering that I have not availed any vacations till now, for all these months, I shall consider my ,000 as deposit with country vacations since my CC was swiped and will charge them with all the interests incurred by me. I am ready to give the details of everything that I spent with respect to this country club membership w.R.T to my hdfc credit card. Recently I met mr amjad baig at their nungambakkam office here in chennai. He listened to my complaint and rounded up his staff to question them. I handed over to him all my credit card statements since jan 011. After examining my claim, he promised me a solution by 23rd june, 012. Since then I have not got any money, nor further assurance! he has forwarded my case to mr. Raj. I dont know what position he is in, but surely this mr. Raj too has not got in touch with me till now. Till date I have paid almost ,000 as interest/Financial charges to hdfc credit card against this country vacations amount. I have seen people fighting against similar frauds in here and decided to join them by raising my voice too..! hope this brings relief to people like me, who are shown such dreams of quality service that we get lured into this trap and end up throwing away our hard earned money to fund their extravagant parties and lavish lifestyles..! amrit
