Timtara.com non delivery of product

Dear sir, my order no.10257866 booked on 18th may 2012 with timtara.Com has not been delivered till date even after contacting customer service and thro several emails. I even ordered for refund if they are unable to deliver the product. However it has gone thro there deaf ears and no single response from them.. please help me to get my money back or at least the product. I also suggest to blacklist timtara.Com and arrest mr.Arindam bose. Regards, k.Nandakumar
