Money refund from Paytm
I want to recharge my bsnl mobile no.9457833116 for rs 30.And paytm.Com gave message recharge done successfully and order no is 4940 at time 10:31pm on date 26/06/2012.But recharge was not happened,than I DID call to bsnl customer care he told me that,you have no record about this recharge so please either refund my 30 rs or do recharge my bsnl...
