Low speed of tikona internet

Tikona ID. 4865 I had a tikona connection, since a month I suffered a low speed internet. I had registered 12 times a complain. Today I was call three times to know why this type of problems arrive, but the tele caller had disconnect my call three time. Last time of the call they transfer my call to manager but they do disconnect my call. Now its mentally harassment to me and now I want my full money refund with claim money. So I just request to grahak seva kendra to help me this type of problem and please help me to get my full money back. Thanking you.

this is kamal reddy recently I faced lot of issues with tikona regarding billing and service also. I called to your billing department but I didn’t get any proper response even the guys hadn’t given proper response but I spoke with ""vinit jadhav"" the total things are good means he understand my issue he gave good suggestion based on that I got good response thanks for vinit jadhav...

my complain is against tikona broadband connection.I.I choose a 2 mbps limited data plan(rs 549)as per which I should get initial speed of 2mbps upto first 6gb usage but from the very 1st day I am not getting even a 1\4 th of that speed.Even most of the time google home page is not opening.Initially I thought it was a network prob and will resolve after some time but the problem persist.

So I put a complained by dialing tikona care(18002094276) they told there is problem on server side and the issue will resolve within next 24 hrs.But the problem still persist and I continue browsing with 2-10 kbps speed till date. I called tikona customer care around 10 times and every time they replied the same "the issue will get resolve within 24 hrs" and nothing happen.

When I asked them for there nodal officers point of contact they have fooled me by giving fraud number which doesnt exist.Everytime they are fooling with us.

Please suggest me what action I should take against tikona.I dont want to pay rs-549/+Taxes month for a connection with 2-10 kbps speed.
