On 6.12 I had got a call from bag it today on 3.40 pm by dikshya madam about the order no- 5878 which we have already received and not satisfied your product.During the discussion with him she asked me about my unsatisfied and also I talk everything else so in the end I said pls decline my order and pls close the issue. But she said about the procedure of decline. But when she do the procedure by hdfc bank she debit again in my acct in sum of 1498 instead of decline my ID. After that again I received one call fm bag it today by diksha madam and saying congratulation you have succes to accept our ID and provide the above order no-then again I ask him how can you do like that type of fraud work because before I already said I want to decline my ID and you again debit in my acct. Why? after that she tell about his product but now I am not interested. So I request you kindly cancel my above bkg ID immidietly and return the cash in my account as soon as possible. I have already suffering to take your product amount of 9/-. So I don't want pls.................... currently my bkg ID is-5808087329 & 2598 previous mail which many times mail dear sir we had received one call from your side on 5.12 agnt landline no-012047918700 name mr robin and said that you have selected for india today group for gift prize for 1 lakh and also we had discussed had with him about the gifts then he give the details and said you will be paid 8000 but when we give the transaction details your person debit in my account 99/- After said you can get more benfit in this amt instead of 0/-. Afterthat we discussed with him about that and also he said in this package you will got hcl tablet and some diamond which amt will be aroung 0/-. So after that one verfication call had received at 2.27 land line no-012045313000 and said also we are going process your order so before confirm the order I again ask about the product and person said you you have one hcl tablet with tataphoton data card and 60 cent diamond worth rs-60000/- Which you can't resale. So sir we invest 99/- Which is not in my budget 1st he said 00/- And then he debit 8499 so sir I think if we got my money to sale the diamond but now saying the diamond is not resale so sir this amt how we recovery I have not a manager job to manage it.I invest 99/- Which is 4 months salary. So sir I request you kindly cancel the order and return my money in my account. Still we have not received any prpper reply in their fraud side. Order ID: 5878
