Power cut of everyday from 10 pm to 3 am

We are residng in west delhi in vishnu garden near tilak nagar, since three days there is a regular cut of electricity from 10pm to 3am and 6 am till 10 am. Its hot summer its too dificult. In most of the families there are small children and office going member. How can a person can work in office if they have not slept properly. If the summer vacation has extend for the children then you should also thinnk about the power cut off because children of small age can only cry and due to this hot summer and power cut off they can fell ILL. The centeralized phone number 9707 is not working when required. Its request to bses not mention such number which never work.
