I used to recharge the monthly internet packs of tata docomo every months. For the past few months I am getting the problem of accessing the internet by both from my phone (nokia 300) and from my desktop (xp). Repeatedly I have complained mentioning the problem but the resolution which has come to me is- as the nearest network is at a distance (in 3 figures but I actually didnot remember the actual) that's why I am facing this problem. My problem is that whenever I try to connect to the internet a message as "network busy" is being shown every time. It is occurring throughout the day & even now to get connected. To get connected I have to try repeatedly by clicking the connect button. Again the speed is not as per the tata docomo tells.For this I have lastly complained on 01/07/2012 at 1.07pm with the complain number nwk094904407. The call was received by sabnam khan of gprs help desk and told me the resolution time of 24hours which has already passed. So fraud tata docomo where is my feedback?????? also without any natural calamities its network gets vanished. What the hell happens at that moments to its network I don't know. Complain for this also didn't worked. My query is that whenever the network condition is good I get the good service which is out of any type of complain.. do then the network distance from my house is minimized???????? so what is the reason of this bad network????? previously I had complained more than once regarding the network problem but frankly speaking by posting my problem here I didnot get any help. Only just the tata docomo officials has asked me to send my email ID, phone number & alternate contact no.My complain no on grahak seva is 286. But my problem is not solved. Name - subhankar paul ph. These C-care servants (so called executives) try to bunk in their offices & get paid for doing nothing except f***ing their sisters / Girlfriends by free/Paid phone from the company.

I 've been trying to contact C-care. Even they are now deducting balance 50p/Min; still I can't hear a word from them...
they know how to activate unsolicited(unwanted) services by msg_ing or without customer's consent and....

then simply dont receive that customer's call. How can he complain ?what an idea idiots ji .

I am getting same f***ing "network busy problem".Tata docomo really sucks..build customers then show them back..this was tata docomo strategy..
