Reliance cdma complaint

Dear sir, my name is sanjay kumar yadav and my no. Is 6778 I got an sms generated by the reliance on 28/June/2012. The message is like this : enjoy all india unlimited r-r calls!rechg with rs401 & get unlimited local/Std r-r calls for 30 days.Limited period offer. Recharge today.Rcom so I have been recharged with(rs 401) as per the sms I got from the reliance and I also enquired from the customer care(before recharging my cell phone) one complaint 642) lodge regarding this and I called so many times in customer care they not at all here my problem at executive level or senior level and this is now 5th days I M still follow-up with customer care to get my recharge benefits or recharge value( whichever applicable) let see I M the 10 years of the customer and using the reliance services, but after this incidents I little bit disappointed about the reliance services. Please do some immediate action either give me benefits or same recharge value in to my cell phone ( 6778 ) thanks sanjay kumar yadav 8984
