Airtel braodband is not working since last 6 days

Airtel broad band connection is not working from the last 6 days from the date of this complaint. Customer care is having some problems with broad band customer care, because which we can not raise any issues to them. The problem is that they are disconnecting calls, when we call to customer care. Please take care of this complaint. Thanks
