Blue dart express useless service

I am recent 2nd time out of many dissatisfied customer with the service of this courier. Recent one is: I booked a envelop containing a application for rs. 200 (normally 5 times more than their good competitor)in the name of an individual with phone no. Via doc no. 8372 on dated 28th june 2012 from wardha (mh) to sector 20 panchkula (hr). The letter was delivered after 10 std calls to the offices in various sectors of panchkula to finally arrive at the no. Of sector-20 incharge. My grievances is what is the use of hiring services of courier on such big amount where it can be managed within inr 50 by speed post and other good courier. Is there any accountability on the part of courier service provider if they are charging hefty money and not doing service. I mentally harassed by the service because the doc was containing application to school principal requesting him to release tc of daughter to get admission nagpur. Owing to delay delivery admission was kept pending and become uncertain. Why should I not compensated against this damage? kindly advise. Me
