Hp printer is not working
We had submitted our hp printer with the above hp authorised service center who chafed the above amount for replacing printer head in advance with a commitment of delivery within 5 days but it took 10 days and still after getting delivery the printer is not working , no sense of responsibility all .

Well sir hp does't handles any responsibility I purchased a hp pavillion DV 7 last april since then it went wrong 3 times and the fourth time just a month( the display which was replaced in feb 2012 went wrong again on june 2012) after the warranty but they refused any type of concern
I will never trust this company again atleast throughout my life
