Did'nt get my passport after 4 months

Myself antrixsh gupta. Working with a mnc. According to the company norms I have to submit a copy of my passport.I applied for the indian passport file ref number w150570 dated 05 mar 2012 through proper channel. And I completed my police verification on 22nd mar. 012. But till today after 4 months I DID'nt get my passport.Ever since I applied for the passport I have been enquiring about the status of the passport but there has been no answers from the rpo jaipur. Office. The telephone numbers 515, 884) provided on the official site is never being attended. And when I checked my status on internet it shows the status police report has not been received. For this I send a e-mail to rpo jaipur and ministry of external affairs to know the status of my passport by there is no reply. Having passport in next 15 days is very important to me. What do I have to do to get my passport issued. Please tell me as soon as possible. Regards antrixsh gupta
