Dna ya subscription complaint

I had gone for 2 years subscription of dna ya (children weekly supplement of dna newspaper) sometime in june-11. Details of subscription is given below... bno : 0836 form no. N 1624 depot - c61 kapurbawadi - thane vendor - c61v0022 vinod shelke I have also submitted one year coupons to our regular newspaper vendor mr. Vinod shelke. Despite of my follow-up on every saturday / Sunday during initial period of subscription, vendor could not provide the copy of dna ya. Sometime in dec-11, he said it is not possible for him to provide the copy of ya and hence he would be returning the coupon booklet to me (again despite of my several reminders he has not returned the same to me). I have sent multiple mails to dna on their official email ids. @dnaindia.Net and @dnaindia.Net giving details of my complaint and my contact number, however I have not received any acknowledgement, response or phone-call. I have now received 2nd year subscription coupon booklet now. I have again reminded dna about resolving the matter (5th reminder). I am sure I won't be getting any response. Please let me know how do I take this up with dna? I feel either they should refund the money taken or provide me the copy of ya. Regards, ojas chhaya
